The Rolex Daytona "John Mayer" Reference 116508 is one of the most coveted and iconic references in the modern Rolex lineup. Crafted entirely in 18k yellow gold, this stunning chronograph features the legendary green dial that earned it its celebrated nickname — a nod to the famous musician and watch enthusiast who brought global attention to this rare configuration. The rich, sunburst green dial is framed by a fixed yellow gold bezel and paired with the classic Oyster bracelet, creating a harmonious and commanding presence on the wrist. At 40mm, it strikes the perfect balance between presence and wearability, housing Rolex's precise and reliable in-house movement. This is a complete-set example with a warranty card dated October 2020, making it an exceptional opportunity to acquire one of the most sought-after Daytonas ever produced.
