Return Conditions:
We accept returns only if the item is returned to us in its original condition as when it was purchased. Items that have been used or worn will not be eligible for return.
Prior to sending any return, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process. We will provide you with detailed instructions and an insured shipping label to facilitate the return. We will not be responsible for any returns sent back to us without prior authorization.
It is imperative that you follow the provided instructions for shipping the item back to us. We will not be held liable for any items lost or damaged during return shipping if proper instructions are not followed. Refunds will be issued once we have inspected the returned item and verified that it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy.
